HOW DO I CLAIM MY FREE RETURN-TRIP AIR TICKET?
1. Purchase an eligible insurance plan with IPP during the promotional period.
2. Enter your promotional code and complete an application on www.flywithIPP.com within 30 days of service activation. Please enter your name and email as well as your departure airport, three destinations you would like to fly to and three possible travel dates. Please note that no destinations and no travel dates will be treated as a priority over another. To complete this step you need to upload your Voucher and submit your details. Please ensure to save your PDF application with your flight details for your reference.
3. Inspire will contact you within 7 working days after receiving your application via email and send you a personalized link. Use the link to complete your application on the website within 48 hours and upload a scan of your valid international passport. Please also complete your personal details such as an address, phone number and details of all other passengers flying with you.
4. Within 14 working days of completion of your application, you will receive a flight offer via email. In order to benefit from this offer, it will have to be accepted within 48 hours.

WHICH DESTINATIONS CAN I TRAVEL TO?
Please tell us three different destinations you would like to travel to and we will then check our availability. The following destinations are available from Singapore:
CAN I BOOK A TICKET FOR MY PARTNER OR A FRIEND?
Yes. You have the option to add up to three additional passengers to your application. Any additional passengers will be charged at the current flight price at the time of booking including any taxes and charges. Any other additional charges by the airline such as golf bags, additional luggage, priority boarding etc. will have to be paid for. Some airlines charge for all checked baggage.
WHEN CAN I TRAVEL?
Flights must be booked by 31.08.2023. All travel (departure and return) must be completed by 31.05.2024.
Flights are dependent on the carrier’s available flight schedules. All flight applications have to be received at least 30 days before the first date of travel. The offer is not valid for journeys during peak periods and over Eid, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Some periods (e.g. religious and school holidays) and dates may be restricted depending on the chosen destination and travel time. The availability of flights may also be restricted by special events, trade fairs or local holidays.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM STAY AT MY DESTINATION?
The minimum stay is 2 days and the maximum stay is 30 calendar days.
CAN I GIVE MY FREE FLIGHT AWAY TO A FRIEND OR PARTNER?
No. Vouchers are personal and non-transferable. Bookings cannot be requested or made by third parties and flights may not be booked by third parties using the name of the participant.
WHAT CLASS OF TICKET IS PROVIDED?
The offer is for an Economy class ticket.
Should you wish any other class, please send a request to the Organizer, who can inform you about the cost to upgrade to a different class, where this is possible.
IS THERE A CASH ALTERNATIVE TO MY FLIGHT VOUCHER?
No cash alternative will be offered in exchange for the voucher or promotional offer. Vouchers have no monetary value.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BE AWARE OF WHEN CHOOSING MY THREE TRAVEL DATES?
When choosing your three travel dates, please ensure that the first chosen travel date is at least 45 calendar days away from the date the form is posted. Your travel dates have to be in different months and 30 days apart from one another. The free flight offer is not valid for journeys over Chinese New Year and on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. The availability of flights may also be restricted by special events, trade fairs or local holidays.
MY FRIEND ALSO HAS A FREE FLIGHT VOUCHER, CAN WE FLY TOGETHER?
No. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with one another.
CAN I CHOOSE A SPECIFIC DESTINATION, FLIGHT TIME OR AIRLINE?
No. An offer will be made based on a combination of your given destinations and travel dates subject to flight availability. No destination or travel date will be treated as a priority over another nor any destination matched to any travel date. In the case of no availability, an alternative may be offered. The choice of carrier, flight times and the route is at the sole discretion of Inspire. We are unable to accommodate requests on any particular carrier, flight time, or route.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO APPLY FOR MY FREE FLIGHT?
Your application has to be received within 30 days after your purchase during the campaign period in order to benefit from this free flight offer.
CAN TWO OR THREE PEOPLE FLY?
Yes. However, only one person can make use of a free flight per application. If desired, up to three additional passengers can be added to your application.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN MY PURCHASES?
If your insurance plan is free-looked, you will no longer be eligible to participate in this promotion.
DO I HAVE TO UPLOAD MY VOUCHER PDF?
Yes. Inspire is unable to process any flight bookings for customers who do not upload their Voucher PDF. Please ensure that all parts of the document are legible as incomplete documents cannot be accepted.
DO I HAVE TO UPLOAD A SCAN OF MY PASSPORT?
Yes. You will need to upload your passport and the passports of all passengers travelling in the second step of your application.
WILL THERE BE ANY ADDITIONAL COST?
Your free flight will be booked at no cost to you. Your carrier base fare, taxes, passenger duty, fuel surcharges, service charges and airport fee will be covered by your free flight. All other costs associated with the flight will be borne by the Participant and are excluded from the promotional offer. Such other costs include, but are not limited to any baggage or other charges made in connection with the flight or in addition to the fare such as any insurance, any additional fees for card payments, any fees for hotel, car hire, airport transfers, taxis, car park, seat upgrade, food and drink, visas, immigration documents or any other additional services. The Participant must pay for all additional services, additional passengers and cancellations or alterations with a credit card in their name.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY OFFER/BOOKING?
No changes or cancellations of flights are possible after the booking has been made.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BOOKING CONFIRMATION / TICKET?
Once you have accepted your offered flight (and paid for any additional passengers or charges if applicable) we will book your flight for you and send you your booking confirmation as soon as possible. Please be aware that bookings cannot always be made immediately after acceptance of an offer.
